Last night:

Dad: "Do you want to go to Hersheypark with your mother and brother tomorrow?"
Me: "NO. not in any way."

Later last night:

Mom: "I bought you a ticket to Hersheypark because dad said you wanted to go."
Me: ".........great."

Noon Today:

Mom: "your brother's home, so come over."
Me: "It's noon? Are we spending seriously all day at the park? Like hours and hours and hours?"
Mom: "Well at this rate we won't get there until two...so..."
Me: "I just want to know if i need sneakers and sunscreen and a hat. Are we there all day? It's a Yes or No question!!"
Mom: "well..."
Me: "BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE WE'RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH YES OR NO QUESTIONS THIS WEEK."

So I'm going to Hersheypark now. POSSIBLY FOR ALL DAY. *takes the DS*

I want to preface this by saying that for six months, the only person in my entire family who has been even minimally excited about the Star Trek movie is ME. NOBODY ELSE.

Arriving home from Hersheypark:

Dad: "Oh, you're just going home?"
Me: "YES. Because I told you yesterday, when i said I IN NO WAY WANTED TO GO TO THE PARK, that all I wanted to do was stay at home, apart from maybe see Star Trek."
Dad: "Because I'd go out and see Star Trek again."
Me: "NO. ALL I WANT IS JUST TO...wait, what do you mean 'again'? Who did YOU see it with?"
Dad: "I took your [other] brother to see it this afternoon. That's why I didn't go to the park."
Me: "FUCK YOU I AM GOING HOME."

Which means that every single person in my family who had any interest at all in this movie, has now managed to go see it without me, while i spent all day with the two members of my family who would rather die than see it.

RAAAAAAAARGH.
