Last Call Yo

Is anybody around tonight or tomorrow and wouldn't mind reading through a chapter or two (or however much) of CB just to triple check it?

musikologie and diamondsjack and I have been going through it, and it should all be good now once I throw in the last half a dozen things Beth mentioned, but I figure having one last look if somebody is willing can't hurt.

My other free proof from CreateSpace code runs out June 1st so I was going to resubmit with all the fixes, but obviously that's in, you know, a couple days here.
